E2CIP
CIP Cleaning System
The E²CIP was developed for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and piping used in productive processes for the most diverse industries.
The CIP process uses an intensive circulation system of cleaning and sanitary products in equipment and piping, implementing both a chemical and mechanical cleaning action, eliminating the need for disassembling the equipment for manual cleaning.
E2PS' CIP cleaning systems can be installed for system cleaning in processes such as:
- Tanks and reactors;
- Heat exchangers;
- Blending systems;
- Bottling/Packaging Systems;
- Piping, Valves and Pumps;

offering both manual – in simpler installations due to their lower cost – or automatic – in applications that require stricter control, monitoring, safety, traceability and speed in the cleaning procedure.
With automatic control there is the possibility of controlling and implementing formulas previously inserted for a range of products, and which call for different parameters and conditions in terms of cleaning, making this a highly efficient solution as costs are reduced due to only the necessary power, time and resources being used.
Among other things, the formulas include the amount of chemical products, concentrations, stage times, temperatures and flows.
The automatic system even produces a range of data records and reports that facilitate the validation and traceability of the procedure.
Highly economical:
- Energy savings through CIP cleaning optimization;
- Savings in chemical products due to storage and recovery in tanks;
- Savings in disinfectants due to the precise in-line dosing mechanism;
- Savings in time and chemical products through the use of high pressure rotating cylinder heads.
Perfect cleaning quality:
Automatic control, monitored and controlled CIP process adjustment, in accord with the equipment and product to be sanitized.
High level of safety in production:
Due to instant control, data records and the interlock of the entire CIP process, inside and outside of the system.
Easy Operation:
- Through IHM or PC
- Fully editable CIP formulas
- Automatic operation of all functions
Traceability:
When controlled by a supervisory system, it allows reports to be generated with real process data, including graphs.
